Taylan - grew up in the tsawwassen area since the age of 7. He was Brought onto construction sites from his dad since he was practically in diapers. It was inevitable that he would pursue business in the construction industry. Taylan worked for his dad for the better part of 15 years learning and growing building custom homes. In addition since 2017 working for a larger outfit company in the winter months pushing snow and managing properties
He formed a solid relationship with his now business partner Jairus over the course of a year when he joined Taylan’s dads company. They decided to push it to another level and start doing business together the year 2020. Taylan and Jairus started getting into the backyard construction space focusing on decks, fences, pergolas and hardscaping. With just the 2 of them for the first year and a half, fast forward a few years and they have now expanded since inception with a team of 6. They continue to grow, both motivated to reach new heights in the construction space
In addition to construction, they both continue to expand in the snow industry. With over 10 years combined experience learning and growing contracting through a larger company, they have decided it’s time to start serving their local community delivering quality and reliability to their clients.
